Ingredients
- Half a cabbage
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt, to taste
- Splash of soy sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Cut cabbage into wedges, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt.

Char cabbage in a hot cast iron skillet until browned.

Place the full skillet with charred cabbage in the oven and roast for 30 minutes.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add grated garlic, chilli oil, miso paste, and a splash of soy sauce to the melted butter. Stir.

Simmer butter mixture until heated through and fragrant.

Plate roasted cabbage and drizzle with miso chilli butter.

Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top before serving.
