Ingredients:

1 large sweet potato

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp chili oil

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp smoked salt

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup sour cream

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1/2 tsp chili flakes
Method:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut sweet potato into wedges or cubes.

Toss sweet potato with butter, chili oil, honey, smoked salt, and olive oil.

Arrange sweet potato on a baking tray.

Roast for 45-60 minutes until tender and caramelized, flipping halfway through.

Mix sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chili flakes.

Serve sweet potato with spiced sour cream on the side
