Honey Glaze Sweet Potato

Ingredients:

  • 1 large sweet potato

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp chili oil

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp smoked salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Cut sweet potato into wedges or cubes.

  3. Toss sweet potato with butter, chili oil, honey, smoked salt, and olive oil.

  4. Arrange sweet potato on a baking tray.

  5. Roast for 45-60 minutes until tender and caramelized, flipping halfway through.

  6. Mix sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chili flakes.

  7. Serve sweet potato with spiced sour cream on the side
