Instructions

Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in a cast iron skillet to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let it rest.

In the same skillet, add halved cherry tomatoes, a knob of butter, a splash of olive oil, paprika, chilli powder, minced garlic, and unsalted peanuts.

Slice the rested steak into strips.

Plate the steak strips and top with the cooked tomatoes, peanuts, and spices from the skillet.

Finish with a generous squeeze of lemon juice.
